As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary. Our typical charge is £395 payable only on the successful production of a mortgage offer. We may charge a maximum fee of up to £995 depending on the complexity of the case. These fees apply to all regulated mortgages. Certain mortgages, primarily most buy to let and commercial mortgages, are not regulated. Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances.
